How and when will I receive my tickets? +
1. Booking confirmed
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a booking confirmation email. If the tickets are nominative, you will always receive a form to complete your personal details by email, WhatsApp, and SMS. It is essential to complete it within 30 minutes after the booking in order to correctly issue the tickets.
2. Ticket delivery
Our delivery commitment is:
  • Up to 24 hours before the visit for advance bookings.
  • Up to 1 hour before the visit for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance.
Once the tickets are available, you will receive them by email and, additionally, we may send them via WhatsApp and/or SMS for your convenience. Moreover, 24 hours before your visit, you will receive an automatic reminder through the same channels.
3. Exception: tours with on-site ticket delivery
For guided tours, tickets are not sent in advance, as they are delivered directly by the guide to our customer.
  • Delivery takes place at the meeting point, on the day and time of the visit.
  • The customer must go to the meeting point indicated in the confirmation email.
The type of tour purchased (digital delivery or on-site delivery) is clearly indicated in the booking confirmation email sent immediately after purchase.
Is the ticket to enter the Galleria Borghese included in my purchase? +
Yes, admission is included in all our tours.
What should I do if I have a booking with a GUIDED TOUR? +
Once you complete your purchase, we will inform you of the meeting point and time for the guided tour. We recommend arriving 15 minutes in advance to meet your guide and start the visit calmly and without any issues.
What should I do if I purchased tickets with an AUDIO GUIDE? +
We will send you all the necessary information. When you purchase tickets with an audio guide for the Galleria Borghese, you will receive two emails. The first confirms your purchase, and the second contains a link and instructions to access your private area, where you will find your tickets and the audio guide.
What documentation do I need to access the monument? +
To enter the Galleria Borghese, you must bring your original valid identity document, whether an ID card, passport, or equivalent, as tickets are nominative. Printed or digital copies are not accepted.
Can I bring my tickets in digital format?+
Yes, with your purchase you will receive your tickets in digital format, and you will only need to show them at the entrance with the original code, increasing the screen brightness for proper scanning.
Do children need tickets to enter the Galleria Borghese? +
Yes, everyone entering the monument needs a ticket, as all tickets are nominative.
Can I change or cancel my tickets for the Galleria Borghese? +
No, it is not possible to modify details or cancel tickets once the purchase process has been completed. Refunds are also not available. These conditions are specified during the purchase process and are explicitly accepted in the cancellation policy.
There are no exceptions, including COVID-related reasons, illness, work-related issues, or trip cancellations, as established by the institution.
Once the purchase is completed, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are accepted.
A refund will only be issued in one case: if the monument closes without prior notice. In such a case, the refund will be issued in full using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Can I exercise the right of withdrawal? +
No, the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with Law 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16. Article 103 establishes that the right of withdrawal does not apply to: (l) the provision of leisure services when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Is it possible to eat inside the monument? +
No, eating inside the Galleria Borghese is not permitted in order to preserve the cultural heritage. However, there is a café inside the palace.
Is there a cloakroom service at the monument? +
Yes, there is a cloakroom service inside the palace, as it is forbidden to enter with bulky items such as backpacks, large bags, or umbrellas.
Is the visit cancelled in case of rain? +
No, rain does not prevent you from enjoying the Galleria Borghese.
What happens if the monument closes? +
If the gallery has to close due to force majeure without prior notice, the visit will be rescheduled for another time if possible, or a full refund will be issued.
Are pets allowed inside the monument? +

The visit to the Galleria Borghese is limited to two hours. This time is sufficient to explore all the exhibition rooms at a relaxed pace while enjoying the artworks.
Do you need to skip the line to enter the Galleria Borghese? +
Since you already have our tickets, you do not need to queue to purchase them. Access is managed in an orderly manner according to your selected time slot.
Is there a dress code for the Galleria Borghese? +
No, there is no strict dress code, as this is not a religious site. However, respectful attire is recommended.
